Matt brings over 40 years of healthcare and medical device industry experience in sales, training, recruitment, and management for companies including Winthrop Laboratories, Cardiac Pacemakers Inc, and Boston Scientific. Matt played a key role in the commercial launch of breakthrough technologies, including the first implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Since founding PrepMD in 2009, Matt has overseen an organization that has graduated over 500 qualified medical device candidates into the workforce and has expanded business operations to include contract staffing and direct placement services as well as a rapidly expanding cardiac device remote monitoring division.
