    Australian man died of meningitis on Air Canada flight from Vancouver to Brisbane

    Christopher Woodgate was sick when he boarded the plane from Vancouver to Brisbane and collapsed during the flight dying in front of his family. Casting director, Mark Summers is looking for people who have suffered from meningococcal disease. This is for a public service announcement about meningitis awareness that will air on TV and other media outlets. The emphasis is on bringing awareness to parent and the public at large to better understand this disease and encourage families to speak with their health care provider about preventative options.
