The good, the bad and the anxious.

How have I been? Mostly anxious. The reality is that a lot of us live with anxiety. Every day we battle our minds and somedays we are successful and other days we are not. In this episode i speak candidly about my experience with anxiety and make resolves on how to manage it. Crossing my fingers this works.
