     The interview covers a range of topics including her experience in graduate school at UA, challenges and complexities related to Indian identity and the concept of returning "home" for Native scholars, her postdoctoral fellowship in the American Indian Studies Program at the University of Illinois, and her family connection to the Carlisle Indian Industrial School in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.   The interview was conducted on July 24, 2020 via Zoom.
