Alison is big on energy and she makes sure your experience is all about mind, body and soul. In this episode we talk about Alison's business and her treatments. Some treatments can be challenging for people. and I love how accessible and reassuring Alison is. For me anything to do with my eyes is scary because I rely on lipreading.

In this video I interview my big sister Julie. 

My sister is hearing. I am the only one deaf in my family. We talked about our childhood and we also did a lipreading challenge (our favourite game when we were younger).
