Let people grow on their own ways
Let's stop trying to change people based on the ideal one we have in our minds. It destroys any kind of relationship we have in life. People grow on their own. People grow or mature through experiences. It's not our job to change someone. What we can do is to influence them with a genuine, kind, and pure heart, and soft and kind words.

Treat others the way you want them to treat you.
I totally witness and experience it in myself. I've been kind to someone new in my previous job about a few days ago. I willingly help her and I was full of patience coz I was there. I just try to put myself in others' shoes. That's the key to maintaining your passion for other people.

Don't disregard your mental health
Don't disregard your mental health because it has the power to kill. Why? because if your mind deteriorated by depression, misery, and wants you to commit suicide, your physical body will follows. No amount of highly expensive body vitamins that can save you from poor mental health. Feed your mind with positivity, and lastly indulge yourself in the Word of God, it is health it your mind, body, and soul.

Stop focusing on someone's mistakes which ruin your compassion toward others
Everybody or anybody couldn't deny that's sometimes we keep overlooking the mistakes, bad things that someone has done to us. The moment that we have gravely forgotten the precious, broad, good things that have done for us by someone. Don't ruin your relationship just because of that 10% misunderstanding between you and them. But rather recollect the 90% good memories that both of you shared with each other whether with your relatives, friends, or any people you have been with. If you change your mindset into this, it will no longer harden your heart, and that you will be forgiving person. What is said in the Bible in Colossians 3 verse 13 "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
