ASMR #2✨Balance Exercises🌙 Sleepy Time
Dim the lights. Put your mobile phones away. Prolonged lack of sleep creates an imbalance in the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Also, production of neurotransmitters are hindered in the process, resulting in the body's inability to recuperate as it normally does. To fix this issue, the circadian rhythm has to be reset. Here are a series of steps to help get your brain (and sleep!) back on track: (1) positive points, (2) thinking cap, (3) the yawn, (4) brain buttons, (5) earth buttons, and (6) space buttons. The best position to do this is while lying down, or have someone do it for you. Guten Nacht!

ASMR #1: Sleepy Time✨Soft Sounds🌜
All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and concentrate on what you are going to hear. First, I will take my fluffy little turquoise pillow and run my fingers through the fluff of the cover. The sound is very similar to ocean waves. Now I will take another pillow and run my fingers on it also. I will scratch along for a while. It sounds a little bit like thunder rumbling in the sky, as if it is going to rain. I will now tap on your head very gently. You will feel more relaxed now. I will massage your temples first. I am going to tap the positive points above your eyebrows, down your temples. Focus on what made you happy today. The stress from your body is also going away, and you are starting to feel more comfortable. Doing this regularly will help keep your brain healthy, and you can even stabilize your emotions. I am now going to tap on a glass bottle. You can hear light tinkering sounds. Focus on the sounds. This will make you feel more relaxed. If you would like me to use other materials, please let me know. Goodnight.
