    … and so many other things.
    In other words, they have so much life to live and express.

    Their biggest barrier to actually doing these things is, of course, themselves.
    By midlife, we have had a lot of opportunities to develop…
    Limiting beliefs about ourselves and our possibilities and habits to avoid discomfort rather than leaning into it.
