In today's episode, I chat with Nikki from Ovapower Health. Nikki is a Nutritionist (MNutr) and a Psychology graduate (BPsyHons) focusing her services towards Endometriosis management. After years of misdiagnosis and gaslighting from doctors she became an active awareness advocate on Instagram, wanting to channel the pain into something positive for the community. Nikki founded Ovapower Health in the hopes of using her prior training and personal experience to improve the nutrition, mental health, and overall quality of life of fellow Endo warriors.
