Meli shares her three steps to alchemize and process your emotions through the subconscious mind with dream work, and she even walks us through a whole process, as an example, using one of my own dreams so you can see it in real time.

Jane Austin interview

Thanks for this interesting & informative episode about pre- and post-natal yoga. As a Mama & yoga teacher of pre- and post-natal and other form of yoga such as vinyasa & ashtanga yoga, it was useful to hear some specific tips but also be reminded to remind pre- and post-natal Mamas to listen to their bodies! And to take care of their pelvic floor!
