In this episode we discuss Anger and Jealousy. We discuss it in a general sense and also in the context of relationships. A few questions we considered during this recording:

When people think of jealousy and anger what comes up first? What are some things that make you angry? Do you recall the last time you were angry? What is it trying to tell you? What are you doing about it? What does it mean to be jealous?

Jealousy doesn’t have to be a bad thing however envy can be destructive so it is important to self evaluate and see what is motivating us.
