It took a lot to get here. As I become a year older today, I'd like to see this as my 'coming out'. It took a lot to get here. By God, this is who you will remember me as, "The Shiphrah".
PS: This has to be one of the boldest pieces about myself that I've ever written. It makes me shiver.

Every 4 years in Nigeria, we have an opportunity to change our lives for the better by choosing a leader at the polls. But then ...we sell that opportunity for peanuts. Then we suffer for 4 years.
