Derek, Yui, and Momoko talk about the different sorts of self care common in Australia and Japan for people feeling under the weather. As usual, the conversation quickly devolves into talk about food. 

Our panel talks about the differences between souvenirs and Japanese omiyage, including what sort of things are usually given, and to who. 

Momoko, Yui, and Derek talk about local foods, both popular dishes and local produce, in Sapporo and Adelaide, with minor excursions out to other parts of each country. Lots of back patting on both sides about how awesome their local produce is, and quite a bit of talk about drinking, because, apparently, liquor is one of the major food groups.
