Life is the ultimate addiction, I know that might sound crazy but when you listen to this episode “Pleasure is Pain” it will all make sense… I hope, lol !! One of the biggest responsibilities you have on your “Journey of Existence” is YOUR Happiness. It’s no one else’s responsibility but yours to make YOU happy!! You have to stop putting the responsibility of your happiness on others and learn to hold yourself accountable. One way to start holding yourself accountable and begin taking responsibility for your own happiness is to learn how to express yourself to others. Self expression is KEY when it comes to coexisting & relating with other beings!!
