The Tangent Podcast | #5 COVID-19 Part (1) The Tangent

- Gesellschaft und Kultur
Is the coronavirus (COVID-19) transmitted by touch or by air?
Is wearing a mask helpful?
Where can I go to find credible information about this?
These are some of the questions going through most of our minds while we read about this pandemic every day.
There is a lot of misinformation out there being circulated on WhatsApp, Facebook and even on news sites. So Yass and Digital Hoos decided to do some research and sit down and discuss what they have learned about this mysterious disease.
They are not claiming that everything they say is pure fact, but have tried their best to utilize credible sources such as the WHO, CDC, infectious disease experts, and epidemiologists to back up what they discuss in this episode.
We hope you find some of what they discuss as useful and make the conscious effort to seek the information and not blindly believe what is being circulated.
In times like this, we need to stick together as a human race and make the necessary changes to our lifestyle to curve the spread of this disease.
Together as one, we can get through this and become better and more responsible individuals.
