Every new moon, we start a new lunar cycle, an opportunity for fresh new energies and beginnings. In addition, this May New Moon is preparing us for the extra energy we'll need for eclipse season. Nudging us to relax, restore, recharge our batteries as we’re slowly starting to feel the transformative quantum leaps that eclipses offer us. We’ll need the energy to make these leaps for our next full moon lunar eclipse at the end of the month.

Under the dark night of this Earth Element New Moon, it’s designed to help us keep grounded during this lunar cycle and root us into our bodies and to help us restore, recharge and receive.

Within the guided meditation you will have an opportunity to share your desires with the moon herself. Taking time to have an inner dialogue with the moon about what your deepest wants and desires are. Then placing your dreams, wants & desires within the crescent moon and brought to the universe to manifest.
