    What is so?

    What is so?

This a short introduction to the podcast featuring our very first episode topic. Please consider listening to our podcast for our bi-weekly input towards discussing topics around sustainability and resilience.
We try and keep things simple while also describing more technical details of how we see issues and potential solutions to large and small scale problems.

We ask ourselves "what is so?" every day. A mantra that helps to understand our current state of affairs and evaluate what is true right now and what has to change in order to get where society needs to get to. With years of experience in engineering, oil and gas, solar, clean energy, and sustainability consulting - we provide a rounded understanding of specific topics relating to sustainability and resilience we find interesting and worth discussing with a broader audience.

    Plug in Solar

    March 31st 2020

Today on the What is so show - we link up with our good buddy Douglas Davila to talk about plug in solar. An idea that the three of us developed and deeply explored while completing our masters program in clean energy - trying to figure out what solar might look like as the price of solar panels continue to drop. With solar becoming so much cheaper in the last 10 years - the equipment is no longer the biggest barrier to cost - it's now shifted to the installation process.

    Our First Episode!
What is so show - aims to understand the current state of technology and industry to glean insights into what the future might hold and how we might get there - put together by Merged Solutions ltd.

We're inquisitive engineers with business minds that like to put together where we are now in the sustainability and resilience path and try to solve what the next steps for society might be or maybe the next big idea.

Big shout out to Darrell Kopke who may or may not have come up with the infamous question of "what is so" - none the less we are excited to be using this thought process to provide an insight into the world of sustainability and resiliency. Thank you Darrell.
