The Crypto Currency (The New Yorker, 2011) - Read by Austin Miller
Joshua Davis wrote about the mysterious identity of Satoshi Nakamoto in The Crypto Currency for The New Yorker in 2011. It was the first time a bona fide Big Name publisher brought this story to a bigger audience than the still-very-niche bitcoin forums of the early 2010s. We are publishing an audio version of the story to make it more accessible. Our next episode will be a book club-type discussion about the piece, the characters and Davis's claims regarding the true identity of Satoshi Nakamoto.
This is the first episode in our series Who's Who of Who is Satoshi Nakamoto.
