There are many different reasons why people have trouble sleeping at night but very often is because of spinning thoughts! You're just about to learn a super simple but very effective technique that will not only help you release your thoughts but also give you more peaceful dreams and sleep at night. I learned this technique when I was in India in 2016 and have used it ever since whenever I have trouble with falling asleep. Many of my close friends who have been struggling with insomnia for years are now sleeping at night because of this technique!
