25 {Roger Sutherland} The crippling effects of work stress Challenges That Change Us

Roger is a veteran law enforcement officer and 24/7 shift worker for almost 4 decades.
He has 2 children and a son in law that are all shift workers.
His partner Melissa also works in a shift working environment and is a former 24/7 shift worker herself.
He “gets” shift work.
Roger runs his own podcast “A Healthy Shift” and coaches shift workers 1:1 in how to “Thrive, not just Survive” the rigors of shift work.
But during this journey, it was the stressful work environment that resulted in significant health complications including a Transient ischemic attack, PTSD and more.
