#27 - Sarah Rosborg - The Loyal Friend to Over 200 Kenyan Children in Need

End Up Here

Sarah Rosborg is the founder of Rafiki Mwema, a charity that provides support, safety, security, housing, education, food and legal aid to over 200 Kenyan children. The children that Rafiki Mwema works with are victims of trauma and abuse, whose perpetrators are still a very real threat in their lives. Without the work of Sarah and her team of staff and volunteers, many more Kenyan children would suffer at the hands of violence, abuse and murder.

Sarah is very open and honest about the work that Rafiki Mwema is doing in Kenya, so we do warn our listeners that, at times, the subject matter of this episode can be quite heavy. In today’s conversation, Sarah shares with us:

  • The inspiration behind starting Rafiki Mwema
  • The traumatic realities faced by children living in Kenya
  • What we in the West could learn from those living in Kenya
  • How to get involved with Rafiki Mwema and much more…
