Welcome back to this episode! This is the second part of the episode, interviewing Mia Findlay who is the Founder & eating disorder recovery coach at Beyond Body in Sydney. Mia works directly with clients as part of a wider treatment team now being based on the South Coast. Mia has lived experience of having recovered from Anorexia Nervosa and has been appointed as Ambassador for The Butterfly Foundation in 2018. Mia is also known for her YouTube channel ‘What Mia did Next’ and her podcast “Beyond Body”. Continuing on this week’s episode Mia was able to share some meaningful elements of her life and dives deep into the topic of eating disorders with alcohol. Specifically, providing tools for fostering a healthy relationship between the two.
