The number of civilians killed in Gaza is continuing to rise on an "unparalleled and unprecedented" scale, according to the UN Secretary General. Israel’s siege on Gaza means basic necessities like food, water, medicine and fuel are close to running out completely. To discuss the situation, UN Relief Chief Martin Griffiths joins Christiane from UN HQ in Geneva.
