    We talk about why it is important to have age appropriate conversations and to start them much earlier than most parents realise. We also chat about how to approach these talks even if you may be feeling uncomfortable about it, and how informing our children about sex, consent and pleasure in an age appropriate way can help them develop healthy relationships later in life with themselves and others.

Like chatting with friends!

Love listening to Hannah and Emma’s chats about motherhood. They’re so funny and relatable that I feel like I’m a part of the conversation with them, and often find myself laughing out loud (while out in public haha). A must listen!

I absolutely love this podcast and look forward to new episodes. As a mum of two (baby and toddler) its really informative covering a diverse range of topics while also being refreshingly honest.
