Client Interview: How Shayne went from depressed + bad PCOS symptoms TO NOW NO BLOATING & Positive Mindset‪!‬ Freedom with Nicole

Shayne started with us 6 weeks ago - she described herself as:

- uncomfortable in clothes

- PCOS symptoms were really bad

- mental health and depression was an an all time low

- her relationship was suffering from this

- she desired a healthy routine again and motivation to workout + go for walks

NOW SHE SAYS:

- she's fitting back into old clothes

- she's built new healthy habits and wants to exercise or go for walks after work

- more energy

- no bloat

- positive mindset

- learned tools and techniques to help her for the future

ON TOP OF THAT:

She lost over 3.6kg of pure fat, 9cm from her hips and 4cm lost from each thigh.

She is proud of what she accomplished and is also blown away with her before and after photos.

She works full time and studies too! But this didn't affect her results...

She also achieved these amazing results with only 3 home workouts per week, following a meal plan that didn't include counting calories, and she attend fortnightly 1-1 calls with myself - her accountability coach!
