She's passionate about challenging ideas around trust and humility and has been recognised as one of the world's 30 most influential management thinkers. Honoured as a young global leader by the World Economic Forum, Rachel’s TED Talks have garnered more than 5 million views.

Great workplace insights

I just listened to the episode where Damon interviews Mollie West Duffy (‘The new rules of emotions at work’) and I found it such a relief to hear the presenters normalise emotions and their expression (tears) in the workplace. Thanks so much Culture Amp and Damon for your excellent podcast.
