Awesome, can we have some practical tips plz!

Awesome podcast mate. Could you give us non-technical people a step by step on how to go through our accounts and secure them. Every day stuff like outlook, Facebook, quickbooks, etc etc. Also auto filling passwords through our browsers and stuff.
