We have long been believers in protein supplements, especially for aging bodies not just for teenage gym goers. As you age, muscle mass can reduce due to conditions such as Sarcopenia. A lean whey protein can provide all the essential amino acids, helping retain or gain muscle mass, and most importantly support muscle recovery after exercise.
