Does aging well mean changing our relationship with alcohol and social drinking? with Darin Olien The Aging Project

    • Health & Fitness

To say Darin Olien is passionate about health and wellness would be an understatement. As a tireless advocate for healthy living with a long, successful career in the wellness space, Darin’s message is powerful. He’s the author of ‘Superlife – the five fixes that will keep you healthy, fit, and eternally awesome’, and is working on his second book, ‘Fatal Conveniences’. He hosts the juggernaut podcast, ‘The Darin Olien Show’, and co-hosts the Emmy Award Winning docu-series ‘Down To Earth’ with Zac Efron. He also hasn’t touched a drop of alcohol since his early twenties – a decision he believes has helped him live such a big life.

We knew he was the perfect person to speak to about the impact of drinking on our aging journey, and we’re so excited to have Darin on the show.

Join Shelley for episode #1 of Season Two of The Aging Project Podcast, as she chats to Darin about:

How a hangover changed his life forever

The question he asked himself about drinking alcohol that we should all ask ourselves
How giving up alcohol can give you more momentum and connect you to your potential
The importance of a supportive network when you make changes to your drinking habits
Why letting go of other people’s expectations and tuning in to your intuition can make lifestyle changes easier and more transformative than you think
