Love this podcast- and also the LOL moments!

I’m loving this podcast because I feel like it really addresses and fills a gap in podcast land and that is a poddie that has practical no filter tips from wellness experts that aren’t just great for those of us who might have been adopting a healthy way of life for a while- but so so good and helpful for anyone that’s trying to bring a bit more well-being and fitness into their everyday- even if it’s something as simple as getting a bit more exercise in by parking a bit further away from the supermarket. There have also been so many laugh out loud moments for me listening to the episodes which is nice because sometimes health and wellness podcasts can feel really heavy- but not this one!!! It’s a big yes from me! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
