In this first episode of 'How NASA Builds Teams', Dr. Charlie Pellerin gives us a backstory of the various challenges that he faced on his journey with NASA and how he came up with the NASA 4-D Leadership Program.

As the former director of NASA's astrophysics department and author of "How NASA Builds Teams", Dr. Charlie Pellerin, assisted the teams at NASA after the catastrophic Space Shuttle Challenger disaster back in 1986. He developed the now-famous NASA 4-D leadership program,  enabling teams to facilitate teamwork and iron out any possible miscommunications which could lead to history repeating itself.  His contribution to the aerospace industry were so extraordinary that he received the highest honour of recognition, the Distinguished Service Medal.  This four-episodes series hosted by Chief Combobulator of Crazy Might Work, Paul Hawkins, will dive into the specifics with Dr. Charlie Pellerin on how he invented the NASA 4-D leadership program to sharing his life experiences, and personal stories on improving one's quality of life.
