What is hurting you? We are still at the early stage of pain awareness month. I would like you to take stock of your life, and well-being. Look into your past and present life to see where there are obstacles, pain, or difficulties that you have been going through. Find out the things that are painful in your life so that we will be able to evaluate as we move into the month. Look for situations that are causing you stress, anxiety, fatigue, weaknesses, frustration, you name it. Whether it is your business, family life, social life, politics that make you feel uncomfortable and make note of them. Also find out what bodily pain you experience either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.Maybe you should take a pen and write down notes while doing this. Just imagine the things that give you trouble, and physical pain causing you worries and making your life miserable sometimes. How often do these things occur in your life? It is time to take stock reflecting over the things that you fear may occur in the future and that you worry about.I am not asking you to take action about them, I just need you to reflect over them, remember and make sure that you are aware of those things because we are going to work on them as we move step by step into the month with you going over all your problems. You you will start seeing certain patterns in your life creating the drama as the discussion progresses#Pain #wellness #wellbeing #obstacles. #Worries, #stress #adollarpainkiller #ngiafon #painawarenessmonth #july1st
