    Ep 5 - Meet Sophia ~ Part 2

    Ep 5 - Meet Sophia ~ Part 2

This episode is the second half of the conversation I had with Sophia, so if you haven’t listened to the first half, then I highly recommend you go back to the previous episode and have a listen before you start in on this one!
We cover some very different topics over this chat, so you don’t have to have heard the first half, but Fe has such an interesting story, I think you’d love it and it will give this chat some more context.
I really hope you get a lot out of this one, we talk birth, identity, showing up for new Mum’s and life between lockdowns.

    Ep 4 - Meet Sophia!

    Ep 4 - Meet Sophia!

she came all the way out to my place in the magical space between States of emergency, to have a really incredible and honest chat in the new podcasting room, in chairs that don’t creak! Fe and I move in the same social circles and I’m always drawn to her when we do share a space. She is fun, smart and funny, we’ve gotten to know eachother in a strange mix of real life hangs and social media interactions. She’s an excellent communicator and I always find her perspective on current events and politics in her social media very interesting. I honestly thought that we’d get into a bit of that in this chat together, but what I actually got was to hear about growth and education, backing yourself through loneliness finding love and friendship and leaving a restrictive, evangelical religion.

    Meet Deb

    Meet Deb

Deb is one of those wonderful people who you feel so at home with from the moment you meet her. She’s warm and engaging and even though we only catch up now and then, it’s always so great to be in her company.
But I really hope you enjoy hearing about Deb growing up, her career, her passions, feminism, body image, the tension between our ideals and our reality and choosing friends when you’re new in town.

    Ep 2 - Meet Camilla!

    Ep 2 - Meet Camilla!

Camilla is a gem of a human! We’ve known each other since we met in a Mother’s Group when our kids were a few months old and we were husks of human beings craving a few hours sleep, conversation with others in the same state and the smooshy cuddles of our small humans.

We talk about stepping into our personal power, growing up as one of 5 kids, boob shows and proposals, being a broadcaster, starting your own business, losing a parent, motherhood (including the birth story – I love them!), tricky conversations with our kids, and our visions of life in 5 years.

Camilla is a born story teller and was really generous and honest in her responses, so I hope you all enjoy your time getting to know Camilla as much as I did.

    Ep 1 - Meet Kate!

    Ep 1 - Meet Kate!

Thanks for your support in launching the podcast. I'd like you to meet Kate!
Kate is my Personal Trainer. She operates Fresh Air Health & Fitness in the Yarra Ranges in Victoria.

Kate has competed as a World Junior and National athlete. She’s created a wonderful and a hugely beneficial community for me and the other women who are lucky enough to train with her. She always makes me laugh, can actually get my kids to follow her instructions - which makes her god like in my eyes - and is generally, just a great human being. I hope you enjoy getting to know her!

Loved 💕

I love the raw conversation here! I feel like I just got to know someone new and everything that makes them extraordinary. It also made me feel more connected to other women knowing how similar some of the struggles and successes are. Thank you so much for sharing I can’t wait for the next one!!
