Bless This Pod

Starting my week well
I love talking beauty and I often find Annie and nicks take on new launches and what’s coming right on the money. They are able to accurately predict what’s bubbling up in terms of consumer culture. If you want honest reviews of products and brands. this podcast is for you.
On a personal level; podcast makes me still feel connected to the beauty world I miss so dearly that I worked in while I was living in the USA.
I live in Australia and am always delighted to start my week off early when I find a new EWB episode on a Sunday morning.
Highlight of my morning. ❤️
Couldn’t listen long enough t even know if it is good!
OK. Is this seriously how people talk? The female host is having a lend, right?
I have listened to barely five minutes and I feel like I’m in some bad American teen angst movie.
“Like, I know, like, I just feel {sigh} like I’m not going to travel much this year. Like, I’m just so {bigger sigh} not like, feeling it.”
Oh please. Get over yourself.
This is probably a really interesting beauty podcast. But I’ll never know because I am not listening to an hour of that.
Beauty without the hard sell
The hosts aren’t beauty editors that need to manage media/brand relationships, so they are super honest when discussing companies and prods. Nick is great with dissecting brands and Diamond with addressing culture and society. Please keep it this way as that is the pod’s USP 🖤
