If I had a single complaint about Famdob;e, and it's more of a concern, a quibble even. It would be that there's too much Fandible. As a newcomer, there's a huge amount of variety on display, from End of the World to Dungeons and Dragons to god knows what. Seeing so many oneshots and shorts and long seasons all intersped like some kind of storytelling braid is intimidating, to say the least.

But behind each of these threads is the same warm fun banter, the same sense of adventure and wonder, and that means the variety works to an advantage. There seems to be something for every mood. Do I want goblins and crits? DnD is there. Do I want something Pulpy and deconstructy? We've got Atomic Robo. Do I want pulpy with a little bit more attempt at cohesion, we have Dresden Accelerated. Am I feeling apocalyptic today? End of the World. Clue's in the name.

In Fandible, you have a safe, reliable framework through which you can enjoy along with any number of games for any number of moods. You're not stuck with one game, one campaign, one choice of "the next one in order". It's intimidating at first, but liberating when you realize that their entire catalog is something you can explore at your own leisure.

Between these guys and KOTN, you would never have to go anywhere else for awesome actual play entertainment.

For drama, listen to unhallowed metropolis and the god machine episodes, for humour listen to atomic robo and hollow earth.

You can't go wrong...

These guys are great! I came for the nWOD games originally, then got hooked on the intelligent and fun playstyle of everyone involved... and have been turned on to many games that I hadn't really given any thought before now, too - FATE, Unhallowed Metropolis, and I'm even *leeeeaning* towards Hollow Earth Adventures, as well.

And that's without having mentioned the awesome, AWESOME Billy-verse that these guys have crafted. That is some goddamn creepy stuff there, and I love it.
