Finding Your Inner Confidence

When you hear the word 'confidence' what does it bring up for you?

Recently I've been reflecting on what it is to be truly confident. Because the version of confidence I had growing up was very much a masked and 'fake' kind of confidence. These last few years for me have been about finding a confidence within myself that is a lot more subtle. It's looked like staying true to my word, showing up consistently and speaking my truth.

A lot of people I have coached and mentored have reflected that they feel more confident in their self expression and their ability to share their work and their gifts with less self doubt holding them back.

So in today's episode I speak about a few different ways you can navigate and explore what confidence looks and feels like for you. That it may be different to the ego's version in your head.
