    This is the main topic of today's discussion with Physio Tim Dettmann and TV presenter & former track and field athlete, Tamsyn Manou.

    Tamsyn has an incredible athletic career, participating in three olympic games, winning a total of 18 Australian Championships across the 400 metres, 800 metres and 400m hurdles and winning the 800 metres in the 2008 World Indoor Championships.  She shares her experiences with training at an elite-level and discusses how she continues to stay active in her busy life. She also shares her pride at watching her young children participate in sport and the importance of physical activity at all ages.
