From the bedside to the Boardroom, how uPaged founder Zara Lord is modernising on demand work in Australia!
On this episode of High Performance Nursing, I catch up with Zara Lord (RN), the founder of uPaged an on-demand healthcare marketplace solution to connect healthcare facilities, nursing agencies & compliant clinicians in a single, fully integrated ecosystem.
Zara was first and foremost a proud ICU and shares her career experiences whilst working in a busy tertiary hospital ICU. Zara's discusses how by stepping back and getting innovative within her spare time, she was able to identify a significant gap in the market for on-demand work to be streamlined, cost less for the hospital whilst improving the nurse's experience! Genius!
We talk about the future of on-demand work utilizing the uPaged system and how nurses with fabulous ideas can harness their full potential and solve frustrating clinical programs often created by non-clinicians!
Finally, we discuss how you can join uPaged, whether you are a workplace or a clinician, you can get in touch with Zara and her team to discuss further (for free)!
