On today’s episode, I’m sharing an Instagram live chat I did a couple months back based on a conversation I had with a potential coaching client where she made the statement “I don’t think I could do what you do when it comes to being on video.” And ya know - I wonder… how many of you are thinking this same thing?

Like “well it’s easy for Tara cause (fill in the blank)” cause she’s older than me or she’s got more experience or its just so natural for her or she’s just so confident.
