    The Age Article
As mentioned in the podcast, The Age has done a story on public servant's rights to free speech and expression outside of work. This is my story and the story of Humans of Purpose, you can read about it here. Keep your eyes peeled on the Canberra Times today for my friend and future podcast guest Kieran Pender's article, which references my story and the stories of many public servants who have had their right to a private life and free expression interfered with by their public service employers.

    Trigger Warning
This is a fantastic but at times testing conversation about a range of sensitive issues including suicide and violence against women. So if you are squeamish about such things I recommend skipping this one.

    Chunking (Time Blocking)

    Chunking (Time Blocking)

    Chunking (Time Blocking)
The idea here is simple - instead of cycling between different projects or tasks block out time in your diary to tackle the same task across projects. Cal Newport the author of Deep Work suggests that chunking or what he refers to as time blocking is far more efficient than standard work - he says “"A 40 hour time-blocked work week, I estimate, produces the same amount of output as a 60+ hour work week pursued without structure."

Jennaoc ,

Highly recommended!

As someone who works in the purpose space, I’m always on the hunt for good podcasts that share real stories of purpose in action. Loving this podcast for doing just that! Highly recommend it.

Jenna DB ,

Yes this! Great topics!

Such a fantastic line up of guests, excellent interview skills and truly inspiring topics.

RachelMasonNunn ,

Fantastic, Inspiring, Thought-Provoking

I have just discovered your podcast and I'm so glad I did! Your guests are so articulate and impressive, and the relaxed conversation style is a pleasure to listen to. I run a podcast also, Good Will Hunters, so appreciate the difficulty of creating something like this! It is clear the level of effort that goes in and it is so worthwhile - Humans of Purpose is a fantastic resource for the sector! I can't wait to continue listening.
