    I share my 5 favourite ways or rituals to help me give back to myself, which you can implement or shift and change depending on what works for you.
     
    1. Buffer your time throughout the day.
    2. Rituals to cleanse your energy (I include a whole list of my favourites).
    3. Stop over consuming.
    4. Focus on what you are adding into your life. 
    5. You can say no. It is a complete sentence.

Calm and accessible

I love this podcast. Maddison’s voice is very soothing and she makes feeling calm achievable. Especially as it feels like an invitation to get to know what makes me feel better within myself and understand that we all experience this differently. I can’t wait to listen to more episodes.
