This podcast is one of my must listen to become better with myself

I use the video podcast with my team. The insight into professional systems for younger athletes so such a valuable resource for me as I try to turn my people into better partners, parents and people for a better society. You in addition to teaching sport specific skills you teach and install life skills leadership teamwork and character building. As I strive to move my young athletes to become better people. I need support and guidance and this podcast is one of my must and I have listened to every one of the 100 from start to finish and some serval times. Thanks

Great common sense approach

I do actually commonly listen to this while I am rolling/stretching. Great podcast for recreational athletes all the way up to elite athletes that reinforces the fundamentals. Keep up the great work!
