It’s time for our annual Valentine’s Day episode!This episode is not one for the kids (yes, I can see you reading this boy) and neither is the show we’re discussing, so if you’re one of our younger listeners we’d advise skipping this one.The show in question is the 2003 ecchi martial arts series Ikki Tousen.This franchise is now old enough to drink, and good thing too because it has some pretty heavy adult themes through it!This series is a time capsule - of a time where the line between anime and “chicken formal wear” was very clearly defined.
