Brilliant

I’m making my way through this series now, after falling in love with Brooke and Ben’s other podcast. This is mindfulness at its best and I love how Brooke and Kelly bounce off each other and provide a spectrum for different personality types. Thanks so much ladies!!!

A change for the better.

Listening to this podcast makes you feel like part of a great new friendship. The first episode I heard was halfway through the show and i was hooked! I went right back to the start and listened to them all. I started making small changes every day after each episode and next thing I knew I was meditating every day and relaxing more each night.
From here I started listening to the Slow Home podcast and The Low Tox Life as well and have turned my health, happiness and life around in nine months. Onwards and upwards! Thank you ladies for all the little words of wisdom that have helped me to guide my life into a new and exciting direction.
