Real tools that genuinely help

I have listened to Libby’s Podcast for 3 years. Regardless of my relationship style over that time, Libby’s advice has been a source of great support. Particularly during the the end of a 15 year relationship. Thank you Libby for the kindness and compassion you bring to the non monogamous realm. It is a much needed antidote for me.

A relaxing and enlightening polyamory pod

I have been listening to poly pods and educating myself on polyamory for many years and this is my first pod review! This podcast is beautifully designed and well-articulated, with educators that I resonate with and enjoying listening to. The topics really help me unpack my emotional barriers and allow me to engage more meaningfully and securely with all my romantic relationships as well as my friends and family. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to have healthier and more emotional fulfilling relationships!
