Fabulous

This is my favourite podcast. Michelle finds fantastic interesting people to talk too. The discussions never ramble. Are short and sharp with just enough depth. Around 30 minutes - the perfect length to listen to on a short work. Michelle is engaging and uplifting to listen to and her interest in the interviewees and their work shines through but never dominates. Thoughtful, practical and thought provoking with plenty of recorded references - on cheat sheets - to follow up further. Helps makes my days more alive and engaged. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

Michelle presents the podcasts calmly and eloquently. They are extremely interesting and she develops a rapport very quickly with her guests. I was considering undertaking my Masters in Psychology but can’t imagine I would learn any more at university than I do by listening to Michelle....and I am sure the podcasts are much more enjoyable than a class! My morning and afternoon commutes are a pleasure. Thank you

Fantastic resource

This podcast has introduced me to so many interesting and useful ideas. The length of episodes is just right, Michelle is an excellent host who allows her guests plenty of space, and the podcast is well produced. Highly recommend for busy people who want the “best bits” of positive Psychology.
