Margaret Lomas has one of the worst track records in the industry when it comes to predicting property price movements. Go back to some of her earlier publications where she predicts a “hotspot” and she how poorly she has done. Be careful with her advice, it’s rusty to say the least

You cannot know enough about property investing and knowing where to look for unbiased advice is probably the best kept secret in the industry, but not in this podcast series!
