Interview with Brett Connellan - Part 1

Mindset for runners

Brett Connellan is a surfer, long distance paddle-boarder, shark attack survivor, filmmaker, motivational speaker, storyteller, mental health advocate and athlete. On top of all this, he is now an ultramarathon runner as well.

Brett’s life would be changed forever when he was attacked by a shark while surfing at Bombo Beach near Kiama, NSW.

In this episode, you’ll learn how Brett has embodied the lessons and wisdom gained through his incredible resilience and post-traumatic growth after the shark attack which have catapulted him into a purpose driven life.

You’ll also learn how his story and his life is now dedicated to helping others learn what they are capable of achieving, and helping them to realise that we only get one shot at this thing called 'life'.
