Helps me calm down and improve my mental well-being

Thank you Diane and invited experts for your effort and generosity in creating this wonderful podcast channel. I started listening to your podcast while driving my son to and from school in the past month, and it’s given me a lot to reflect on. Reminds me self care is most important because if we are not well ourselves, how will we care for our children, our family. It’s been a stressful year for me and finding your podcasts really came at the right time. I really needed this and still need this. Thank you for the tips, especially deciding on what are your “non negotiables”, and making “should to good”. Sending thanks all the way from Singapore!
