This podcast has saved me and changed my perspective again and again. There’s an episode for almost anything I’m experiencing and it’s great to see a casual discussion about these topics. It takes away a lot of the fear around anxiety for me, and Kelli and Erica’s banter is just the cherry on top. 5/5 I love it, makes me laugh and smile about issues that can be crippling for me, so much valuable information. Probably the most helpful thing I’ve stumbled across yet. Particularly because there is so much science based content and it all seems so relevant and useful. Plus I haven’t cringed once which is awesome. Anyone struggling with health anxiety needs to listen to this for sure. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Thanks for the help!

Recently found this podcast and it’s been singlehandedly the most helpful thing I’ve read/listened to, since recently experiencing some horrible panic attacks and anxiety. Such helpful hints and insights into what’s happening in your body, and your mind, during anxiety and how to help get out of the anxiety cycle.
