Love love love!

Recently found this podcast and it’s been singlehandedly the most helpful thing I’ve read/listened to, since recently experiencing some horrible panic attacks and anxiety.

Such helpful hints and insights into what’s happening in your body, and your mind, during anxiety and how to help get out of the anxiety cycle.

Also, they’re hilarious. ❤️

De-bunk and de-mystify

Hello Kelli and Erica!

I love your podcast and listen to it every week. The content is great and tackles wide and meaningful topics for people with anxiety and depression. It doesn't get too heavy.

It's a rare thing to chuckle during a show about Anxiety, but I get a little giggle from the healthy banter between Kelli and Erica. It's good therapy to laugh, right?

I appreciate the time that both of you put into really de-bunking and de-mystifying anxiety.

Keep up the awesome work!

Caio for now,
Michelle
